Last month, I touched on casting your old computer equipment on others. "How do I do this?" I'm glad you asked. The International Association of Electronics Recyclers (IAER) has thought long and hard on connecting you with services in your area to recycle computer equipment, as well as other material processing like plastics, metal, and glass.

Read IAER's disclaimer that they do their best to keep their contact database up–to–date, but may find old information from time to time. By recycling your electronic equipment responsibly, you give your discarded equipment another chance to escape the confines of the landfill.
